Payment terms
A deposit of 40% of the stay is required to confirm the reservation.
The deposit is payable by Paypal (credit card) or by check.
The balance is payable 30 days before the date of stay.
Cancellation Policy

If notice of cancellation is given 30 days or less before the first day of the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.

If notice of cancellation is received 7 days or less before the first day of the reservation, full payment will be charged.

For bookings during the holiday season, the notice of cancellation must be sent at least 6 weeks before the first day of the reservation, in which case the deposit will be refunded. If notice is sent within the 6 weeks preceding the first day of the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded. If notice is given 7 days or less before the first day of the reservation, full payment will be charged.
