Payment terms
A deposit of 40% of the stay is required to confirm the reservation.
The deposit is payable by Paypal (credit card) or by check.
The balance is payable 30 days before the date of stay.
Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation notice is received 30 days or less before the stay, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

If the cancellation notice is received 7 days or less before the stay, the full payment will be retained.

For the holiday season, cancellation notice must be sent at least 6 weeks before the stay. Otherwise, the deposit paid will not be refunded. If the notice is sent before this deadline, the deposit will be refunded in full. If the cancellation notice is received 7 days or less before the stay, the full payment will be retained.
